All engines, transmissions, and parts sold by Prime Used Engines are used or salvaged components. Descriptions, mileage figures, and condition notes are provided to the best of our knowledge based on physical inspection, testing, and, where available, records from the donor vehicle. Mileage figures for used engines and transmissions are estimates derived from odometer readings or donor vehicle history where obtainable, and cannot always be independently verified.
We make reasonable efforts to describe each part accurately, but photos and descriptions are representative and minor cosmetic variations may exist. Before placing an order, buyers are responsible for confirming fitment with one of our sales specialists by providing accurate vehicle information, including make, model, year, engine size, and VIN where possible.
Prices for engines, transmissions, and parts are provided upon request by phone or through our online quote form. Quotes are estimates only and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by a Prime Used Engines sales representative. Pricing displayed or discussed prior to order confirmation is subject to change without notice due to inventory availability, market conditions, or pricing errors. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the agreed price will be honored for that transaction.
This website does not process online payments, store payment card information, or complete checkout transactions. All orders are finalized directly with a Prime Used Engines sales representative by phone or email. During that conversation, we will confirm part details, final pricing, shipping information, and accepted payment methods. No sale is considered final until confirmed by our sales team, whether or not a quote or contact form has been submitted through the Site.
We ship used engines, transmissions, and auto parts nationwide within Canada. Full shipping details, including carrier selection, estimated transit time, and freight arrangements for large or heavy items such as engines and transmissions, are confirmed with you at the time your order is finalized. Typical transit times range from a few business days for smaller parts shipped via parcel carrier to a longer window for freight-shipped engines and transmissions, depending on your location and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather.
Certain parts sold by Prime Used Engines are eligible for a limited warranty. Warranty eligibility, coverage terms, and duration are governed separately by our Warranty Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
